تفاوت رسید مشتری با ژورنال

 رسید مشتری

رسید مشتری (Receipt) و ژورنال (Journal) دو مفهوم متفاوت در حسابداری هستند.

رول حرارتی یا همان رول فیش پرینتر به دو دسته تقسیم میشود :
1- رسید مشتری
2- ژورنال

رسیدهای  مشتری، سندی است که نشان دهنده پرداختی که مشتری به شرکت یا فروشنده‌ای انجام داده است. این سند معمولاً شامل اطلاعاتی مانند تاریخ، نام مشتری، مبلغ پرداختی، شماره فاکتور، نام کالا و خدمات و … است.

رسید مشتری ها  یکی از سند‌های مهم حسابداری است و به منظور ثبت و پیگیری درآمدها و همچنین مدیریت مالی شرکت استفاده می‌شود.

از سوی دیگر، ژورنال سندی است که تمامی تراکنش‌های مالی شرکت را به صورت خلاصه در آن ثبت می‌کند. ژورنال معمولاً شامل اطلاعاتی مانند تاریخ، شماره حساب، عنوان تراکنش، مبلغ و … است. هدف اصلی از ثبت تمامی تراکنش‌های مالی در ژورنال، ردیابی و ثبت دقیق و موثر تمامی تراکنش‌های مالی شرکت است.

رسید مشتری در بازار به دو مدل تقسیم میشود :
1- رول حرارتی یا رول چاپدار
2- رول کاغذی
دستگاه های مختلفی از رول فیش پرینتر استفاده میکنند و در اینجا به چند مدل آن اشاره میکنیم :
1- وینکور wincor
2- ان سی آر NCR
3- جی آر جی GRG
4- هیوسانگ hyosung

بنابراین، تفاوت اصلی بین رسید مشتری و ژورنال در این است که رسید مشتری تنها مربوط به پرداختی است که مشتری انجام داده است، در حالی که ژورنال شامل تمامی تراکنش‌های مالی شرکت است.
